REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
If a student would like to cancel;
A complete refund will be given if the student notifies us by email, 72 hours (or more) prior to the start of the course.
50% refund given if the student notifies us by email, 24 – 72 hours prior to the start of the course.
No refund given if the student does not give notification within 24 hours of class starting and a seat was being held for him / her.
If refunds are given, a transaction fee of $10.00 will be non-refundable.
If a student would like to reschedule to a different course date or location, the student should let us know at least 72 hours prior to the start of the class originally registered for, and we will discuss the student’s needs and make the necessary changes at no extra cost.
